Our shipping policy is very simple and standard. we ship the part within 0-2 business days after the Payment being received. The shipping time may vary according to the available inventory but once the item is shipped from our warehouse the system will provide you the unique shipment tracking information from which you can track your order. The shipment will be shipped to the address that which customer entered while placing the order. If any wrong information is entered while placing the order the company will not be responsible for any changes after the order is shipped out. Some special products, orders, handling fees, and/or taxes may still apply to eligible purchases. If only some items in your order are eligible for free shipping, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items. Certain purchases may only be entitled to Standard Shipping because of their size, weight, and other shipping characteristics.

For the International order, the customer is responsible for paying the customs duties and additional shipping charges. The shipping time may vary according to the geographical location and the shipping services available in your country.

For International and domestic wholesale / Bulk order customer has to pay additional shipping charges depending on the size and volume of the order and custom tax according to their country.

• We may send you emails and other communication related to your purchase and the item you have ordered.
• You cannot request a transfer of the shipment once it shipped out to the address you provided us while placing the order.
• We are not responsible if a customer order the wrong item and enters the incorrect shipping address.

From time to time, we may change different terms, and the fee structure according to the requirement. Every purchased Item will be subjected to the sales tax accordingly stated by the income tax department during the checkout. The sales tax is not included in the listed Item price. Some of the Item is not eligible for free shipping so in that case, the shipping charges will be charged according to the item size, weight, and the location where it needs to be shipped. The shipping charges will be added during the checkout if the listing is not eligible for free shipping.

If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment then you must provide us with a new eligible payment method promptly. The service charge may vary.

If the Item is returned unused within 14 days you will get the listed amount of the item refunded excluding the service fees, sales tax, and shipping cost. We will start the refund process once we receive the team and inspect them. It may take 3-4 business days to reflect the refund amount depending on the service or the bank you have used to make the purchase. The amount will be only refunded to the service or the bank you have used while making the purchase of the item. The cost to return the product will be bear by the customer. If the item is returned after 14 days we will not issue any refund. Restocking fee 15% will apply upon returning any product.

We are not responsible to refund the amount of the purchase if the customer has provided the wrong shipping details or has ordered the wrong item. (The Part number and description which is provided in the listing are just for product identification please confirm the part before ordering through our website).We don’t accept returns and we don’t issue refunds on international orders.

All our product come under 1 year warranty that cover all the brand. Only Ruhasi recommended brands fall under the lifetime warranty to know which brand fall under the lifetime warranty look for the recommended icon before purchasing or reach out to our technical support. To claim lifetime warranty you will have to fill out the warranty claim form and submit it to our department to review. After reviewing your claim if the claim is valid then we will give you free replacement but customer have to pay for shipping on the free replacement.
